Participation information

Exhibition Space:

1. Standard Booth - USD2250 / booth ( 9 sqm), including aluminum stand with three walls,
   fascia with name place in Chinese and English, carpet tiles, 2 spot lights, 1 single socket
   (220v/5amp), 2 chairs, 1 waste basket, 1 information counter.

2. Raw Space: USD225 / sqm (min 36 sqm), including bare raw space for exhibitors to design
   and build their own booth. Power is charged separately.

Exhibitor Application :

1. Complete the attached Exhibitor Application Form and email to paulina@6to23.net
2. 50% exhibition fee should be paid within 5 working days upon the signing of the official
   contract, balance should be paid on or before June 5, 2010

Special Offers :

1. Early Bird Program – 10% off on exhibition fee for exhibitors sign up before April 1st,
   2010
2. One month free advertisement in the sub-site 'Educational Institutes Searching Platform'
   under www.6to23.com

5% of the exhibition fee from each exhibitor will be donated to Guangdong Lion Club and
other related charitable institutions for educational books purchasing for the children in
poverty districts in China
